Background:

  • Educated therapist from Copenhagen in 2007
  •  Educated coach from Coach Companion in Malmø, Sweden in 2009. The education  is ICF validated
    (International Coach Federation).
  • Have practiced individual-, couples- and  family therapy from 2007-2011
  • Have been coaching primary leaders and athletes but also privates since 2009
  • Was a Member of the Danish Parliament from 2011-2022
  •  Are currently studying international leadership besides the coaching
  •  My coaching is online in Danish, Swedish, and English
  • I´m a public speaker and doing workshops, for companies in need of more excellent communication and results

Mette has been a coach since 2009, where she got her diploma as an ICF certified coach in Sweden. She has been helping thousands of people since then with achieving goals in their work life as well as their private life. With 11 years as a Parliament Member and a weightloss of 40 kilo / 88 pounds, she is the living proof of reaching high goals. Today she´s an expert in communication and relationships, and a motivational speaker.
